What we collect
Email sign-up. When you join, your first name and email address are stored by our email provider, systeme.io, to send you the program emails you agreed to. You can unsubscribe from any email.
Program progress and coach history. Your checklist progress, coach code and coach conversation are saved in your own browser (local storage). They are not sent to us except as described below.
Coach questions. When you ask the coach a question, the recent messages of that conversation are sent to Anthropic's API to generate the answer. We do not store your conversations. We keep a daily counter per day and per hashed network address to limit use; counters expire after about a day.
Affiliate links. If you click a link marked "affiliate link", the tool's website may set a cookie to credit us if you buy a paid plan. That cookie is governed by the tool's own privacy policy.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, and we don't ask for passwords or payment details. Don't share them with the coach.
